ABOUT CONSCIOUS CO-FOUNDERS

In a series of proven interventions and supported experiences designed to fit your needs, a cohort of co-founders (of companies at similar sizes and stages) will immerse themselves in the complexity and vulnerability of co-leadership.

We blend coaching, practical skill building, reflection, and shared experiences to enhance your collective leadership and create the partnership that will take your business to the next level.

THE PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE

Executive Coaching

Your co-founding team will meet with your executive coach before the program begins to align on goals and better understand your unique challenges.  

Personality Assessment

You will each take the Enneagram Assessment to introduce a common framework for understanding yourself and your team dynamic.  

Bi-Weekly Leadership Labs

You will join five bi-weekly virtual leadership labs with your co-founder(s) and a cohort of co-founders facing similar challenges.

Lab Integration

Each Leadership Lab will conclude with structured activities to engage in with your co-founder(s) between sessions. These activities will help you apply the learning to better address a current company decision or challenge. 

Founder Community

Gain support from a curated network of founders at high growth startups like yours. You’ll have the opportunity to build connections with other co-founders and learn in partnership with peers going through similar challenges.

Creating Values That Begin With Your Partnership

Create your shared values. Your organization will be looking for your partnership to determine who the company is and what’s important in the culture. Get clear with one another about the core values you want to honor together.
